I'm currently employed by American Express. While I am a competent individual contributor, I'm passionate about elevating organizations' UX maturity by offering running prioritization workshops, expanding the range of methodology available to my teams, identifying internal process gaps and ways of working inefficiencies, and centering the end-user perspective in cross-functional collaboration between and alongside running studies. Put with less jargon: I'm an independent and competent UX Researcher, but I'm also passionate about all the parts of UX Research that aren't actually doing the research!
