Until late July 2023, I was employed as the Senior UX Researcher at Flexcar, a tech start-up providing a more modern, flexible mobility solution than traditional rental or buying/leasing a car. In this role, some of my accomplishments include:
Elevating senior leadership understanding of customers' needs-hierarchies by planning, conducting, and analyzing 50+ interviews with current and former customers, then presenting to senior leadership and company-wide audiences.
Creating Flexcar’s current Democratized Research program including launching and maintaining an atomic insight repository from interviews, writing and visually designing the entirety of a Research Playbook, building a Research Intake process and Research Project Management framework, writing how-to guides for methods "safe" for democratized research, and mentoring designers and product managers in research methodologies.
Co-taking the hiring manager role for a UX Researcher and being both teammate and mentor, as our manager was not a trained UX Researcher, himself.
Facilitating Customer Experience (CX) data analysis and reporting from June 2022 to May 2023, using qualitative and quantitative benchmarking to drive changes to internal and external-facing standard operating procedures to elevate customer satisfaction ratings at all Moments of Truth in our CX.
Conducting mixed-methods research to impact product decisions including identifying revenue risk-reduction solutions, improving our market-differentiator “car swaps" service, inspiring drafts of loyalty programs and initiatives, improving our electric vehicle user guides, and more.
